THE MIAMI TECH WORKS – 4GEEKS ACADAMY IMPACT REPORT

One of Miami’s key challenges has been retaining local tech graduates who leave
for other cities after completing their education. Miami Tech Works addresses this
by connecting graduates directly with local employers — keeping talent, economic
activity, and innovation rooted in the community. Many of our 4Geeks graduates
found their first tech jobs right here in Miami Dade and Broward County, at
companies ranging from Carnival Cruise Line to Ransom Everglades to the Florida
Department of Transportation.
